If you're looking for the lightest brake setup on the market, this is it. This kit is super popular with autocross folks and anyone chasing lap times while cutting unsprung weight. It adapts Wilwood Powerlite 4-piston calipers to your factory 235mm (1.6L) or 255mm (1.8L) rotors. Simple, light, and reliable — a big upgrade over the 20+ year-old stock calipers. This setup will give you a big bump in brake feel and consistency while still running lightweight OEM rotors. Plus, it sheds over 7.5 lbs of unsprung weight up front.

Please note: The 1.6L rotor places the caliper very close to the wheel hub, almost all wheels will  require spacers to fit.  We recommend the 94+ standard rotor for this reason.

  • Stock 1.6 Caliper Assembly – 7.29 lbs

  • Stock 1.8 Caliper Assembly – 7.58 lbs

  • Featherweight Wilwood Assembly – 3.45 lbs
    (That’s over 50% lighter!)

Where It Shines:

  • Sprint Racing: Big improvement in pedal feel and modulation. Less weight = faster everywhere. Wilwoods are easier to bleed and swap pads too.

  • Street/Track Days: Great for dual-use cars. The Wilwoods look sharp behind the wheels and the weight drop helps too. Best suited for cars less than 180whp

All brackets and spacers are made from high-strength 7075-T6 aluminum with stainless steel threaded inserts and anodized to prevent corrosion. We also include high-strength black oxide coated hardware with every kit.

What You’ll Need: Brake Pads / Rotors / Brake Fluid


We no longer include pads, rotors, or fluid in our kits — everyone’s got their own preference depending on how they drive.

We’re authorized dealers for EBC and Wilwood, so check out our pad and fluid sections for options.

Wheel Fitment:

  • 90-93 Rotors:  Most wheels will require a wheel spacer of ~10mm since the caliper is so close to the hub.  The spacer should be no more than 5.5″(150mm) in outside diameter.  An exception is the 15×9.5″  Konig Freeform.

  • 94+ Rotors:  Fits most after market wheels without spacers, however will require 5mm or 10mm wheel spacers with stock 14″ wheels.

**Fits Most means that none of the applicable wheels we’ve tested had fitment issues.

  • 15 x 6.5″ Sport Edition – Fits:  94+, 90-93(10mm Spacer)

  • 15 x 9″ 6-UL 949 Racing – Fits: 94+, 90-93(10mm Spacer)

  • 15 x 9.5″ Konig Freeform – Fits: Both

  • 15 x 10″ Dekagram- Fits: 94+, 90-93(10mm Spacer)
